I am a hands-on technical leader with 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering & Research and 6+ years building and leading high-performance engineering teams across Software, Platform, Data, and ML-Ops. I’ve worked at Fortune-100 companies, successful startups, and have also founded a company, delivering end-to-end engineering and AI/ML systems aligned with real business needs.

I have proven experience building AI and LLM-based systems, including RAG pipelines, and designing scalable, resilient Cloud, Data, and ML infrastructure. My work is primarily focused on backend systems, data engineering, and cloud platforms, covering compute, orchestration, APIs, monitoring, queuing, datastores, CI/CD, and security, with a strong DevOps and SRE mindset.

I enjoy taking complex requirements and designs, simplifying them, and turning them into production-ready, future-proof implementations. I’ve successfully led and worked with globally distributed, cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations, combining the agility of startups with the discipline of enterprise engineering.

I bring both technical and financial understanding, and have helped teams move from CAPEX/OPEX-heavy models to cloud-native architectures. I strongly believe in automation, operational rigor, and a fail-fast approach, and have a consistent track record of bootstrapping quickly and delivering within committed timelines.
